Lindsay O’Steen

Lindsay O’Steen, PT, DPT

As a child, I was fascinated by the human body. For years, I had one of those little skeletons you assemble in my room. That love only became stronger the more sports I participated in, and the more I learned about anatomy. I played lacrosse throughout college, and inevitably got injured more than once. I attended the University of Maryland School of Medicine in Baltimore where I received my Doctorate in Physical Therapy in 2011. After school, I worked for several years in a busy outpatient orthopedics practice in Maryland before growing tired of city life with the high volume of never ending traffic and the lack of green space. I moved to Vermont in 2015 and I am excited to join the NPT team. My goal as a PT, is to help bring you back to your pre-injury self and give you the tools to prevent re-injury. I love anything outside and enjoy biking, hiking, kayaking, walking my dogs, and running to list a few. I am a volunteer fire fighter and an EMT. I am passionate about helping my community and helping people realize their physical potential.
